The Taste of Talent Volunteer Community brings together individuals who are passionate about using their God-given gifts, talents, and skills to serve others and support Christian creatives. From event production and hospitality to marketing, media, and community outreach, volunteers play an important role in bringing the Taste of Talent vision to life. Whether serving behind the scenes, supporting performers, or helping create memorable experiences, every contribution matters. This community is an opportunity to build meaningful connections, grow through service, and be part of something bigger than the stage.

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, expand your professional network, explore leadership opportunities, and collaborate with others who share a passion for Christian creativity and performing arts. Most importantly, you’ll become part of a community where your gifts make a difference, your contributions are valued, and you help create opportunities for others to shine. Volunteers can serve in one of three departments based on their gifts, skills, and interests. Administration focuses on hospitality, organization, sponsorships, guest services, voter registration assistance, and creating a positive audience and guest experience. Media & Marketing brings the Taste of Talent story to life through photography, videography, social media, digital content creation, and event coverage. Production helps bring the show to life through backstage operations, stage setup, contestant support, stage transitions, cue coordination, and overall event flow. Each department offers a unique way to contribute to the success of Taste of Talent while using your gifts to serve others.
